End-User License Agreement (EULA)

(Software Distributed by Quickdooks)

You have entered into an agreement (the “Original Agreement”) with Quickdooks, pursuant to which you have purchased or licensed a digital product (“DEVICE”) that includes software licensed by Quickdooks.

Pursuant to the Original Agreement, the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) are binding on you and govern your use of the device or software licensed through Quickdooks.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The installed software products, as well as associated media, printed materials, and digital documentation (collectively, the “SOFTWARE”), are protected by international intellectual property laws and treaties.

Quickdooks and its suppliers own all title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE.
The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold, and all rights are reserved.

This EULA is valid only if the SOFTWARE is genuine and accompanied by a legitimate license proof.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using or installing the SOFTWARE on your DEVICE, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
If you do not agree, do not use or install the SOFTWARE — instead, contact Quickdooks immediately for instructions on how to return the unused DEVICE or key for a refund.

3. Grant of Software License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE only on the DEVICE or account for which it was originally licensed.

Restricted Functionality:
You may only use the SOFTWARE to perform the specific functions for which your DEVICE or license has been designed. Installing or using the SOFTWARE beyond its intended scope (e.g., additional software, unrelated systems, or servers) is strictly prohibited.

4. No Warranty

The SOFTWARE is provided “AS IS” and without any warranties from third parties.
All warranties, support, or return policies originate solely from Quickdooks.

No external party makes guarantees regarding quality, accuracy, or performance, and no liability is assumed for damages or loss resulting from use of the SOFTWARE.

5. Limited Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Quickdooks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of the SOFTWARE.
In no event shall liability exceed the purchase price of the SOFTWARE.

6. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except where explicitly allowed by applicable law.

The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single integrated product and must remain with the DEVICE or original licensed account. It cannot be shared, resold separately, or transferred for concurrent use on multiple computers.

7. Data and Privacy

By using the SOFTWARE, you consent to the collection of technical data by Quickdooks for product support and improvement purposes.
This information will only be used to enhance performance, provide updates, or deliver personalized services — never in a form that personally identifies you.

8. Internet-Based Services and Updates

Some SOFTWARE features may connect to the Internet to check versions, download updates, or enable online functionality.
By using these features, you authorize Quickdooks to provide such updates automatically.

9. Product Support

Product support for the SOFTWARE is provided only by Quickdooks.
If you require technical assistance, contact:

10. Backup and Recovery

You may create one (1) backup copy of the SOFTWARE for archival and reinstallation purposes. This copy must not be used on another computer or shared with others.

11. Proof of License

A valid license proof provided by Quickdooks identifies your genuine software. Keep this record as evidence of your licensed ownership.

12. Termination

This EULA will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms or cease ownership/use of the DEVICE or software. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE.

13. Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable international and national export laws.

14. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco and applicable international trade and intellectual property laws.
