Unused Keys: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if the key has not been activated or revealed.
Invalid or Defective Keys: Eligible for a free replacement or full refund, verified by our team within 48 hours of your request.
Non-Refundable Items:
Keys marked as “Used” or “Activated” in accordance with the developer or licensor’s policy.
Orders older than 7 days, except for cases involving invalid or defective keys (covered under our guarantee).
2. How to Request a Refund

A brief description or screenshot of the issue (e.g., activation error message)

3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed promptly:
Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
PayPal: 1–3 business days
Cryptocurrency: Processed on a case-by-case basis (refunds issued in equivalent value)
All refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be refused or delayed in certain situations, including:
Fraudulent or abusive claims (e.g., repeated false “invalid key” reports)
Bulk orders (10+ keys) without prior written approval
Chargeback attempts after receiving valid product delivery
If fraudulent behavior is detected, the account may be suspended permanently.

All our license keys are 100% genuine and verified at the time of purchase.
If you receive an invalid key due to an internal error on our part, we will:
Replace it immediately, or
