2. Account Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.

  • Accounts created using false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on Quickdook are final unless an obvious pricing error occurs. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies.

  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account suspension or further investigation.

  • Delivery: All digital license keys are typically delivered via email within 1–2 hours after payment confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the delivery email.

4. License & Usage

Each license key purchased grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license according to the software developer’s official terms.

Restrictions:

  • You may not resell, share, or distribute license keys without written authorization.

  • You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or use software obtained from us for illegal purposes.

  • Violation of these terms may result in license revocation and permanent account suspension.

5. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are only available in accordance with our official Refund Policy.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund or report an issue.

  • Once a product key has been viewed, activated, or used, it may no longer be eligible for a refund.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or products for fraud, scams, or illegal activities.

  • Exploit system bugs, coupons, or promotions unfairly.

  • Publicly share or post product keys (this immediately voids any warranty or support).

All content on Quickdooks — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the exclusive property of Quickdooks or its licensors.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of this content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quickdooks shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product purchased.
